Joanne DelleBovi, our wonderful nurse, brings more than 30 years of experience to the Age Management Institute. A graduate of Pace University in New York City, Joanne has extensive expertise in all areas of patient care, stemming from decades at the prestigious Lenox Hill Hospital Center in Manhattan, NY. Initially a patient of Dr. Erika for 7 years, Joanne joined The Age Management Institute two years ago and has become a crucial member of Dr. Erika’s team. She was instrumental in the implementation and administration of the HCG program at the institute, is an expert in the bioidentical hormone protocols and along with Dr. Erika trains physicians and nurses in the clinical application of bioidentical hormone therapies. Joanne has always been interested in the study of bioidentical hormone replacement therapies, supplements, diet and exercise for men and women. Joanne is married to her high school sweetheart Don and they have two boys and two poodles.

Nancy Weiss received her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and did a Fellowship in Rheumatology at the New York University Medical Center. She was on the clinical faculty at the medical center where she participated in the training of medical students in addition to her private practice in Internal Medicine. Dr. Nancy’s interest in optimal health and disease prevention led her to attend the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She focused on the benefits of diet, exercise, stress reduction and supplements for her patients and worked to educate her patients to minimize their need for pharmaceutical interventions when healthier options were available. Dr Nancy is also an expert in bio-identical hormone therapies and her philosophical beliefs have led her to work exclusively with Dr. Erika since 2007 at the Age Management Institute.

Gene is both the Personal Assistant to Dr. Erika and the Office Controller. "It's probably why I get to speak to patients, media, business and technology people all day". Gene's expertise ranges from overseeing and scheduling Dr. Erika's personal and business agenda to managing business and media relations and acting as liaison between the business and third party companies. Gene received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from St. Paul University Manila, Philippines. Gene's commitment, passion, professionalism and dedication is felt every day by all who connect with her. She is proud to announce she has been with Dr. Erika for 7 years and "still loves it". New York City College of Technology Certified in: First Aid/CPR, Psychological First Aid, CERT, Disaster Preparedness & Youth Ministry After graduating high school, Millie worked in the corporate division of the Woolworth company. She raised her 2 children, Brittany and Sean as a single mom. With several years of Accounts Payable/Receivables, Corporate Sales Tax, Office Management and Client Services experience, Millie is a great addition to the Dr. Erika team/family. Mildred has always wanted to work in the medical field. She's passionate and open to absorb, observe, and become knowledgeable in prevention and bio-identical hormone solutions. She's supportive to our clients and continues to bring her experience and caring ways to make a difference daily. Married to Walter since 2011, she became guardian to his daughter Vondelle. Together they share a passion in Community Service. Whenever she can, Millie likes to travel, hike, bike, swim, as well as movies and reading.

Kristin graduated from The University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and minors in Chemistry, Biology, and Sports Medicine. Throughout her college years, when she wan't caring for her eight siblings, she was working in different hospitals, labs, and doctor's offices while simultaneously shadowing a broad range of practitioners. "I love working for Dr. Erika. I have always had an interest in preventative medicine and here I get to experience it day after day. I've been able to learn so much from all of our phenomenal practitioners and I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can while I have this awesome opportunity." Kristin is eager to attend medical school this fall and hopes to one day be able to practice in the same field.
